Savience Ltd is a UK-based provider of digital solutions for healthcare. We work in partnership with NHS Trusts, health boards, and other healthcare providers to deliver patient messaging services – including appointment reminders and updates – using RCS messaging technology.

We do not collect your personal data directly and do not control your healthcare information.


2. How We Use RCS Messaging

RCS is an enhanced messaging format available on supported mobile devices. If your healthcare provider uses Savience to send appointment reminders or health-related updates, and if your device supports RCS, you may receive these messages in RCS format.
